The Altéra apartment is a superb, fully equipped three-room duplex of 66 m2 with two terraces of 7.5 m2 each. The apartment is located in a luxury and secure residence at Anse Mitan in Trois Ilets. It is located less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and the first shops.
On the lower level, you will find a very well equipped kitchen open to the living room with access to the terrace enjoying a superb view of the sea and the bay of Fort de France.
On the terrace you can have your meals and relax in the small lounge, ideal for a punch after a day at the beach!
The living room is equipped with a television with internet connection and WiFi as well as air conditioning.
The kitchen is very well equipped. It includes a fridge-freezer, a combi-mirco-wave oven, hotplates, a Nespresso coffee maker, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
A staircase will take you to the upper level where you will find two large air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The first air-conditioned bedroom has a 140 cm bed, a large wardrobe, a standing fan and a terrace where you can admire magnificent sunsets.
The second air-conditioned bedroom has a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed and a wardrobe.
The large bathroom with its pretty walk-in shower is equipped with a washing machine.
This apartment is designed for 5 people + 1 baby.

You can enjoy, near the apartment, the beach of Anse Mitan less than five minutes on foot as well as the restaurants and shops of the Creole Village, the Marina and the various nautical, aquatic and tourist activities offered at the Pointe Upright.
The maritime shuttle will allow you to go to Fort de France either from the Marina or from the Anse Mitan pontoon. You will also be 1 km from the Golf des Trois Ilets.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
