The Kalypsa apartment is a superb three-room apartment fully equipped, in excellent condition, spacious and comfortable of 64 m2 with a 16 m2 terrace, in a private and secure luxury residence on the heights of Anse Mitan in Trois Ilets. From the terrace, you can enjoy, at the table during your meals or from the outdoor lounge, during your moments of relaxation, a magnificent sea view as well as a 180° view of the bay of Fort-de-France.
This superb apartment is beautifully decorated so that travelers can feel at home and have an excellent stay. The fully equipped kitchen with new appliances opens onto the living room.
The living room is equipped with a television, with an internet and Wifi connection and gives you access to the terrace to enjoy this superb view that we never tire of.
The Kalypsa apartment has two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms.
The first has a 160 double bed and fitted wardrobes.
The second has a 160 double bed and fitted wardrobes.
You will have a beautiful bathroom with Italian shower and a separate toilet.
The Kalypsa apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 people and possibly a baby.
Access to the apartment is via a digital code, it is located on the 4th floor WITH elevator.
You will also be able to access the elevator directly from the parking lot without having to go out.

You can enjoy near the apartment, the beach of Anse Mitan about ten minutes on foot as well as the restaurants and shops of the Creole Village, the Marina and the various nautical, aquatic and tourist activities offered at the beach. Pointe du Bout.
The maritime shuttle will allow you to go to Fort de France either from the Marina or from the Anse Mitan pontoon. You will also be 1 km from the Golf des Trois Ilets.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
