This very pretty two-room apartment of 50 m2 is located at Anse Mitan in Trois Ilets on the second floor, in a new secure residence a few hundred meters walk from the beach. It is fully equipped and tastefully decorated. From the 10m2 terrace, you can enjoy, at the table during your meals, a lovely sea view as well as a view of the bay of Fort-de-France.
The living room is equipped with a television, with an internet connection and Wifi and gives you access to the terrace.
The well-equipped kitchen (microwave oven, refrigerator, ceramic hob, electric hood, Dolce Gusto and Nespresso capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster) opens onto the terrace with its serving hatch.
The apartment has a lovely spacious and air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a fitted wardrobe.
You will have a beautiful bathroom with shower, toilet. You will also have a washing machine.
This accommodation is designed for a maximum of 4 people, the ideal being a couple with two children.
You will have a private parking space available in the residence.
Near the apartment, you can enjoy the Anse Mitan beach, a five-minute walk away, as well as the restaurants and shops of the Creole Village, the Marina and the various nautical, aquatic and tourist activities offered at Pointe du End.
The maritime shuttle will allow you to go to Fort de France either from the Marina or from the Anse Mitan pontoon. You will also be 1 km from the Golf des Trois Ilets.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
