The “Mi Plési” apartment of 80 m2 including 25 m2 terrace is a superb three-room apartment, completely renovated. Decorated with care and taste, it is very well equipped and comfortable, everything has been thought of for the comfort of travelers. It is located on the 1st floor of a private and secure residence a few hundred meters from the Golf des Trois Ilets.
The terrace, lined with lush vegetation, is made up of two spaces. One that will allow you to take the famous Ti Punch in a cozy living room. And the other where you can take your meals or simply prepare them in the kitchen located in the same space and blending into the decor.
The new and fully equipped kitchen consists of a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, induction hobs, a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster…
The living room which offers a perfect setting to relax after a day spent in the sun. Settle into the comfortable sofa and admire the lush vegetation that borders the terrace. You can cool the room thanks to the air fan and take advantage of the connected television to watch films or series.
The apartment has 2 comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms with quality bedding.
Each has a 160 cm queen size bed and a large wardrobe.
The two bedrooms will share a bathroom with shower and sink. The toilet is independent.
The apartment also has a room used as a laundry room/pantry, where you will find a washing machine, ironing equipment, a cooler and you can store your suitcases and groceries there.
This apartment is designed for 4 people but can accommodate an additional person.
For your leisure, you will have at your disposal a complete picnic set (cooler, cutlery plates and glasses).

Near the apartment, you can enjoy the Golf des Trois Ilets, a five-minute walk away. You will also be a 5-minute drive from Anse Mitan beach, the restaurants and shops of the Creole Village, the Marina and the various nautical, aquatic and tourist activities offered at Pointe du Bout.
The maritime shuttle will allow you to go to Fort de France either from the Marina de la Pointe du Bout or from the pontoon at Anse Mitan or from Bourg des Trois Ilets. You will also be 17 km from the airport.
