The Sandama apartment is a magnificent T3, located in a new and secure luxury residence “Les Terrasses de la Plage” on the seafront at Anse Mitan in the commune of Trois Ilets. This superb apartment has been carefully decorated and furnished with high quality furniture for your greatest comfort. You will benefit from a breathtaking sea view over the bay of Fort de France.
This apartment consists of a living room with TV, Wifi opening onto a magnificent terrace with a superb view.
A fully equipped quality kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a washing machine) opens onto the living room and the serving hatch allows you to enjoy that great view when you cook.
The apartment has two air-conditioned bedrooms.
The first has a 160 bed and a large wardrobe and the second, a 140 bed and a 90 bed also with a wardrobe.
The bathroom has an Italian shower and a sink and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet. From the superb terrace, seated on a deck chair, you can admire the superb sunset.
NEAR
You will only have to cross the street to access the Anse Mitan beach located in front of the residence. The first restaurants are 100 meters away but you will find the restaurants and shops of the Creole Village, the Marina and the various nautical, aquatic and tourist activities offered at Pointe du Bout less than 10 minutes away.
The maritime shuttle will allow you to go to Fort de France either from the Marina or from the Anse Mitan pontoon. You will also be 1 km from the Golf des Trois Ilets.
