Description
The Lakayou house with an area of 77 m2 is located at Anse à l'Ane in a private and secure residence in the town of Trois Ilets, 800 meters from the beach, restaurants and shops. It has one floor where you will find the sleeping area, a terrace and a small private swimming pool.
The Lakayou house can accommodate up to 4 people + 1 baby.
You will find on the ground floor a private entrance, a spacious living room with TV and internet, an equipped kitchen with its bar opening onto the furnished terrace.
The terrace includes a dining table for 6 people, a small private swimming pool and sun loungers for you to relax.
The houses are terraced, to ensure the privacy of our travelers, the garden is surrounded by wooden fences.
A charcoal barbecue is at your disposal for excellent grilling.
You will also find on this level a bathroom with shower and WC.
Upstairs you will find the sleeping area with two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower.
Carefully decorated, the bedrooms are composed of the first of a 160 cm double bed and a large wardrobe and the second of a 140 cm double bed and a large wardrobe.
An ideal location for a PERFECT HOLIDAY.

Near the house, you can enjoy Anse à l'Ane beach, 800 meters away on foot, beach restaurants, shops (Carrefour Express, souvenir shop, tobacconist, bakery, greengrocers) and different nautical, aquatic and tourist activities, we will not be very far from the beaches of Anses d'Arlet, Anse Dufour, du Diamant.
The maritime shuttle will take you from the pontoon at Anse à l'Ane beach to Fort de France, Anse Mitan or Bourg des Trois Ilets. You will also be 1 km from the Golf des Trois Ilets.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.

- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
