Villa Ti Plage is a terraced house. The accommodation is a very beautiful four-room apartment of 100 m2 with a magnificent terrace of 20 m2 overlooking the beach of Anse à l'Ane with a panoramic view of the Bay of Fort de France.
You will enjoy the beautiful naturally ventilated terrace to enjoy your meals or relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room and the superb terrace with its view that you never get tired of.
The living room has a sofa, a television equipped with internet and wifi.
The very well-equipped kitchen includes ceramic hobs, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a filter coffee maker, a blender, a toaster and a washing machine.
On the lower floor, the villa has three beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, with an additional ceiling fan for the greatest comfort of its travelers.
The first bedroom has two single beds 90, which can be joined together to make a 180 bed.
The second is a master suite, it has a 160 bed with a large cupboard with wardrobe and it opens onto a small terrace with a very pretty sea view. It has its private bathroom with Italian shower.
The third bedroom has two single beds 90, which can be joined together to make a 180 bed with a large storage cupboard with wardrobe. It also opens onto the same small terrace with a pretty sea view.
You will find a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
You will have a private parking space to park your vehicle.

Near the apartment, you can enjoy Anse à l'Ane beach, a 300-meter walk away, beach restaurants, shops (Carrefour Express, souvenir shop, tobacconist, bakery, greengrocer) and various nautical, aquatic and tourist activities, we will not be very far from the beaches of Anses d'Arlet, Anse Dufour, du Diamant.

Additional notes
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
