This luxury single-storey 3-room villa is made up of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, a fully equipped American kitchen. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
Its exterior is composed of a terrace with an outdoor lounge and a table that can accommodate 4 people.
You will access the swimming pool by going down the two steps leading you to a deck with deckchairs and a small chill lounge. You can relax there after a day of sightseeing or beachcombing.
The living room has a sofa and a connected TV with wifi and cable channels. You can also zouker by connecting your phone to a Sonos speaker.
The American kitchen is fully equipped, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster...
You will have two air-conditioned bedrooms for your greatest comfort.
The first has a 160x200 bed, a large dressing room and a desk. It has a private bathroom with shower and toilet.

You can enjoy near the Villa, the Anse Mitan beach a few minutes by car as well as the restaurants and shops of the Creole Village, the Marina and the various nautical, aquatic and tourist activities offered at Pointe du Bout .
The maritime shuttle will allow you to go to Fort de France either from the Marina or from the Anse Mitan pontoon. You will also be 1 km from the Golf des Trois Ilets.
