Villa Ty Natur of 241 m² including a terrace of 73 m² and a deck of 63 m², is a true haven of peace in a beautiful green setting located in a private and quiet luxury housing estate in Trois Ilets, offering you a very pretty view of the Caribbean Sea and the Ilets. This spacious luxury villa is tastefully decorated with high quality furniture in exotic wood. It is made up of 5 rooms that can accommodate up to 8 people.
You can take advantage of the superb outdoor space, to enjoy your meals while enjoying the superb sea view but also a lovely view of the magnificent tropical garden giving Villa Ty Natur this relaxing and zen side. But also to relax after a day at the beach or visit on the deckchairs under the pergola or around the punch tank (small swimming pool) or to enjoy a fresh juice or a ti’ punch in the outdoor lounge. You can also enjoy a pretty pond with fish, Japanese carp (koi carp).
There you will find a large living room of 40 m2 equipped with a television with cable channels and an office space. This opens onto the huge terrace.
The American kitchen is fully equipped, it includes an American fridge, an oven, a microwave, induction hobs, a dishwasher, a wine cellar, a filter coffee maker, an espresso coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
You will also have at your disposal a laundry area in the garage with washing machine, dryer and ironing board.
Villa Ty Natur has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The master suite has a 160 cm double bed, a dressing room and an adjoining bathroom with toilet.
The second bedroom has a 140 cm double bed, a dressing room and a bathroom in the bedroom with toilet.

You can enjoy near the villa, the Anse Mitan beach less than 10 minutes by car as well as the restaurants and shops of the Creole Village, the Marina and the various nautical, aquatic and tourist activities offered at the Pointe Upright. You will have a supermarket a few hundred meters from the villa and various small shops less than 5 minutes by car.
The maritime shuttle will take you to Fort de France from Bourg des Trois Ilets. You will also be 1 km from the Golf des Trois Ilets and 17 km from the airport.
